Buying Your Dress

Your Appointment

At Xquisite Bridal we just have the one private dressing room for you and your guests to enjoy, so it is important that you call and make an appointment prior to your visit.

Your appointment will last for an hour and a half, in which time we will discuss with you your ideas and help you to select gowns to try on.

We will help guide and advise you as to the styles that would not only suit your figure but your personality too.

Buying Your Dress

Once you’ve found the perfect dress, to place your order we require a 25% deposit.

We will take your measurements to determine which standard size gown to order you, (please be aware we will never order a gown smaller than your are). We do understand that some of our brides wish to lose weight/tone up, and this will always be discussed, considered and advised when deciding on the size to order you, so don’t worry if that is your intention.

A further 25% payment is taken a little further down the line and the final balance of the gown is payable when your dress arrives in and you come in to try it on.

Your Fittings

At Xquisite we are sticklers for the detail, and offer you the option to have your fitting appointments with our recommended seamstress here at the shop in our private dressing room free of charge.

Your fitting appointment will take place during the week and normally lasts up to an hour, so be sure that you have eaten before you come. We don’t want you fainting as you’ll be stood still in your dress for a while!

The seamstress is self employed and is recommended by us, which means that the cost of the alterations is paid by you directly to her at the end of your fittings, or of course you have the option to use your own seamstress.

Once your alterations are complete, your dress will then be pressed, steamed and prepared for you, along with any accessories, to collect on a convenient day of your choice.
